By using this website or booking a call you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, email hello@offpitch.io before booking.

Bookings and payment

Calls are booked and paid for through this site. Your slot is held while you complete payment and is only confirmed once payment succeeds; unpaid holds are released automatically. Prices are shown before you pay and include any applicable tax.

Rescheduling and cancellations

You can reschedule at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice by replying to your confirmation email. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the call are refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, or for a missed call, the fee is not refundable. If we need to cancel, you receive a full refund or a new slot, whichever you prefer.

What the call covers

Calls are advisory. We give our honest assessment based on the information you share and on our own operating experience. Any figures, benchmarks or estimates discussed — including those produced by the calculator on this site — are indicative and depend on your club’s circumstances. They are not a guarantee of revenue or results, and they are not legal, financial or tax advice.

Confidentiality

Information you share about your club is treated as confidential and is not passed to other clubs. We may refer to work in general terms only with your agreement.

Website content

The content, design and materials on this site belong to Off Pitch. You may not reproduce or redistribute them commercially without permission. Club and league marks shown remain the property of their owners.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a call is limited to the fee paid for that call. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
