Who we are

Off Pitch provides revenue and digital consultancy to football clubs. If you have a question about this policy or the information we hold, email hello@offpitch.io.

What we collect

• Enquiries. Your name, email address, club, role and the details you give us about attendance and objectives.
• Bookings. Your name, email address, chosen slot and call length, plus a payment reference from our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
• Site usage. With your consent, aggregated analytics about pages viewed, device type and approximate location.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries, to arrange and deliver paid calls, to take payment, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies and local storage keep the site working — for example remembering your cookie choice and holding a booking while you pay. Analytics cookies from Google Analytics are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s storage in your browser, which brings the banner back.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the site and deliver the work: our hosting and database provider, our payment provider for card processing, Google Calendar and Google Meet to schedule calls, and Google Analytics if you have consented.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking records are kept for as long as we need them for the engagement and for our accounting obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@offpitch.io and we will respond within 30 days.
